Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is the name of a beloved uncle with the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic and T.I. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. His debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was a hit due to the single "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album in conjunction with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It topped the Billboard 200. Following his hit single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was able to release the album compilation JackBoys. Scott became the Hot 100's first artist to have three singles reach number one in less than a year in 2020.
